Coming Soon! New Fabric Collection~ Natural Graffiti

Our big show is just around the corner next month in Houston, Texas at International Quilt Market! Booth 2025!
I am so pleased to finally have the artwork for our new fabric line called, “Natural Graffiti” ready for it’s debut! The collection will be shipping to our customers in February/March 2012.
The image above is my personal favorite part of the group, #912 “The Graffiti Collage Panel”. The Panel is 42″ wide by 24″ high. Useful as the center of a Wall Hanging, a Quilt- or to be cut for Pillows, Home Decor , or Crafting!
All 20 total pieces of this 100% cotton Natural Graffiti collection will coordinate with my previous fabric designs too! In fact, Enchanted Damask, Flight Pattern, as well as Natural Graffiti were created as one super huge explosion of graphic creativity!
We have kept a nice selection of the earlier releases available for this reason.
The colorway shown above is Turquoise, and Lavender is shown below…

The third colorway is Fuchsia_The Graffiti Collage Panel

I look forward to sharing more pieces of this unique quilt fabric with you in the days to come!
Please let us know which colorway is YOUR favorite, and one lucky random commentor will win the Panel of their choice after it is produced!
Thank you!

Spring 2011 Quilt Market Recap
We only had a few minutes on Sunday to walk around the Spring 2011 Quilt Market, but even in that short amount of time we found so many great booths! Here are a few of our favorite booths and displays- besides our own of course! ha!
Pick a Bunch by Nancy Mims for Robert Kaufman Fabrics
Piece O’ Cake Designs
A cute bedroom setup in the Shannon Fabrics booth
A cute display piece from a new fabric designer - Mark Cesarik
And a better shot of his booth…
The Creativity Booth Award winner – Jillilly Studio
The always wonderful Alexander Henry Fabrics
We loved the bright colors of these quilts at Sue Spargo’s booth!
Brittany’s favorite quilt was in the Cluck Cluck Sew booth.
This quilt designed by 2modmoms in the RJR Fabrics booth was in view of our booth and caught our eye all weekend.
How could anyone resist such this sweet display from Lakehouse fabrics!
Basic Grey came out with some great innovative products using their fabric by Moda.
Personally I wanted to steal the top button display and run! ha! It was sooo cute!
Another great display by Basic Grey and Moda!
The ladies in the Tag-It-Ons booth were very sweet and took the time to show us their quilt patterns and adorable tags.
Tula Pink took home a second place award in the single booth division for her cute booth! We love that she used beadboard for her flooring.
And finally we ran across this adorable booth by Shelley Detton on our way to lunch. She did a great job of showcasing her different projects!
Hope you enjoyed our quick tour!!

Wanted to share a few images from our Spring Quilt Market Booth recently in Salt Lake City, Utah! (LOVED Salt Lake City, by the way- and wished I had more time to explore!)
It was a groovy show with tons of inspiration as always!

Our little corner of the Quilt World!

baby quilt draped over the front edge is “little birdie” by Greta McGregor Designs.
Quilt in back is “flight of the hippie butterfly” by Cara Wilson.

Mary Jane Coin Purse Kit fits in well with this theme!

Market/Festival Booth ’09
Not the greatest picture of my booth recently at International Quilt Market & Festival- so I truly wish you had been there! Ha! It really was a great set up, and we had it brimming over with ALL kind of cute creative goodies! Many of the details (that I live for!) are not showing up in this shot, unfortunately. The lighting in the George Brown Convention Center in Houston is playing havoc with my camera (great excuse, right?!)
I was very happy that the fabric designs I showed at Market for the first time were so well received! Thanks to all for your supportive comments.. they keep me going!

A Fairies Bed..
An outstanding fabric collection based on the charming turn of the century artwork by Cicely Mary Barker was recently debuted at Quilt Market by Michael Miller Fabrics. I was so enchanted with the darling alcove bed (above) the Michael Miller team constructed near the entrance to their booth! It was one of my favorites this year!
